Accutane Diary Week 9

This week has been great! I bought my first bottle of emu oil and i started using it friday, but i can't really tell if it's working yet, so i'll wait to review the emu oil until next week. My scars are starting to turn pink! Yeaahhh! =] Haha hopefully i won't have a massive breakout ever again! I am going to my dermatologist next week, so I'll also update you guys about that. Kyle's P90X Transformation (Live Video Diary 1) Hey everyone, my name is Kyle. Almost everynight, staying up late, I watch the infomerical for the P90X program. After doing much research and seeing that this intense physical workout is quite possibly the real deal, I decided to take the oppertunity to use it and change my life for the better! Today is my official FIRST day using P90X. While using this program, I am going to be keeping a live video diary for everyone to watch. I do this because most people I see using P90X are not people like me. I am very tall, very thin, and have very low self-confidence because of my body. I believe that using P90X is going to be the hardest thing I have ever done in my entire life because I have never worked out a day in my life. I spent years abusing my body through negative personal actions, and as a consequence, my body suffered greatly. I am completely malnurished and out of shape, also I smoke a pack of cigarettes a day and drink alcohol every so often. My body has drastically affected my personal lifestyle, and vice versa. Being only 20 years old, with this life style, and having the type of body I do, I fear this may be too much for me. I want to choose to believe otherwise. I finally want to take charge of my life, and do what is right and healthy for myself and to continue making positive choices.
